17649 Turvey Thomas late of Wagga Wagga Farmer I Thomas Turvey of Wagga Wagga in the Colony of New South Wales, farmer, do make and decree that this be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former, or other wills, by me at any time heretofore made. I give and bequeath unto my nephew George Turvey of Wagga Wagga all my household furniture and effects, in and around my residence in Fitzmaurice Street Wagga Wagga, and all my cattle and horses, farming implements, tools goods and chattels at my farm near Wagga Wagga for his sole use and benefit absolutely. I give and bequeath unto my said nephew George Turvey all shares held by me in the Wagga Wagga Building Society with all dividends or bonus’s therein. I decree and bequeath unto my said nephew George Turvey and the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten All that farm belonging to me situate in the county of ??????, and parish of South Wagga Wagga containing ninety six (96) acres being portion ninety three (93) and ninety four (94) To hold unto the said George Turvey and his heirs male of his body forever. I give and devise unto my nephew George Turvey and his heirs All that land and premises situate in the town of Wagga Wagga known as the Bridge Hotel property at the corner of Fitzmaurice and Crampton Streets Wagga Wagga and two allotments of land adjoining at rear of the Bridge Hotel running back to allotment number eleven (11) being in all allotments eight (8) nine (9) and ten (10) of section four (4) of the town of South Wagga Wagga And also that shop, house and premises in Bayliss Street South Wagga Wagga adjoining the White Horse Hotel purchased from Patrick Malone by me and being part of allotment five (5) of section sixty one (61) of the town of South Wagga Wagga to hold unto the said George Turvey and his heirs and ?????? forever. I devise and bequeath unto my nephew James Turvey and his x (1) heirs that allotment ????? found at the corner of Crampton and Fitzmaurice Streets South Wagga Wagga being allotment number one (1) of section seven (7) of the town of South Wagga Wagga And also that land and cottage in Trail Street South Wagga Wagga being allotments number twelve (12) of section four (4) of said township And also that piece of land and buildings in Crompton Street Wagga Wagga being part of allotment number nineteen (19) section seven (7) in town of South Wagga Wagga. To have and To hold unto my said nephew James Turvey, his heirs and assignees forever. I give and bequeath unto my nephew Frederick Turvey and his heirs All that messuage building and land situate in Johnston Street Wagga Wagga being allotment number three (3) of thirty five (35) of the said township, And also All that messuage building and land in the township of South Wagga Wagga situate in Murray Street Wagga Wagga being allotment number nine (9) of section number seventy eight (78) of the said town of Wagga Wagga Also that messuage building and allotment at the junction of Gurwood and Docker Streets Wagga Wagga purchased by me from one Charlton and being part of lot one (1) of section sixty nine (69) of the said township To have and To hold the aid portions of land and premises to my said nephew Frederick Turvey, his heirs and assignees for ever. I give and bequeath unto my trustees hereinafter named All my ------------- on -------------- for monies and the residue of my real and personal estate which I may ---------------- possessed of or entitled to Upon Trust thereafter to pay my debt and funeral and cemetery expenses and to divide the residue between my nephews George James and Frederick Turvey in equal shares. I give and devise unto my Trustees and Executors hereinafter named all (estates?) (voted?) in me as a Trustee or mortgage subject to the equities effecting the same (responsibility?) I appoint George Turvey of Wagga Wagga, Farmer and Henry Berkely Fitzhardinge of Wagga Wagga Attorney at Law Executors and Trustees of this my will. In witness whereof I have signed my name at the end of this my will and contained in this and the two preceding sheets of ??? this thirteenth day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven.
