Australians have had a long and serious relationship with the universal pastime known as ‘sport’ and Wagga Wagga, in particular, prides itself on producing many consummate sportsmen and women. The most tangible evidence of this pride is on display in Wagga’s very own Sporting Hall of Fame. And this relationship doesn’t just extend to the most common forms of sport. Anything that provides the people of Wagga with a little entertainment can become popular in an instant, especially if there is even just a hint of competition involved!
